Fired Heater
In Oil & Gas segment fired heaters are an essential requirement for heating Thermic fluid, process fluids Feedstock, charge heating , steam heating and for thermal cracking .in the refinery segment of the oil & gas sector, The design of these units depends on the application and the choice can be between ‘vertical cylindrical’ or ‘box-type furnace’ designs. These units are offered either for Offshore or for Onshore installation.
The heaters are designed in accordance with API codes, are equipped with multi-fuel firing capabilities and are engineered to operate at high efficiency. The design can incorporate air preheat systems that make use of carbon steel, cast iron or glass tubes to achieve high efficiency

Process Heating Solutions
A part of the heating business, this strategic business unit offers packaged boilers, thermal oil heaters, heat recovery boilers, and hot water generators. It caters to the process heating needs of the widest possible range of industries. Backed by a strong R&D that focuses on customer applications, it offers a range of heating systems designed to burn over 100 fuels – including biomass and heavy liquid fuels. Retrofit of customer installations to help them shift to economical and renewable fuels is an area of expertise.
The business has installations in various parts of the world: oil and gas-based systems in the Middle East and Europe, biomass and solid fuel-fired equipment in South East Asia and Africa.
Steam Boilers
We offer coil type steam boilers in the range of 50 to 850 kg of steam per hour. The coil type boiler generates steam instantly and is extremely easy to install and commission. These boilers are designed for safe and reliable operations. Coil type steam boilers are designed to operate on a wide range of liquid and gaseous fuels including heavy oil, light oil, gas, and dual-fuel options.
The various types of coil type boilers, manufactured at our unit, are Revomax and Steamatic.er.
Hot water heater/generator
We sell Thermax manufactured hot water boilers in the range of 50,000 to 90,00,000 kcal per hour. The hot water boilers are designed to operate on various types of fuels such as heavy oil, light oil, gas, duel fuel, coal, husk, and other agro waste fuels.
The three types of hot water boilers, manufactured at our unit, are Aquamatic, Aquatherm and Thermocontainers.
Hot Air Heater
We sell Thermax manufactured hot water boilers in the range of 50,000 to 90,00,000 kcal per hour. The hot water boilers are designed to operate on various types of fuels such as heavy oil, light oil, gas, duel fuel, coal, husk, and other agro waste fuels.
The three types of hot water boilers, manufactured at our unit, are Aquamatic, Aquatherm and Thermocontainers.
Energy Plant
Energy Plant is a unique solution which offers multiple heating media such as Steam, thermal oil and Hot gas through a highly efficient system with thermal efficiency more than 94%.
This system helps to minimize cost and maximize operating efficiency. We have capability of supplying Energy Plant up to 97 MW.
